Tasting Notes: pomegranate + plum + dried violets

Bruno Prat's Masterpiece with 100% Monastrell. Black and opaque in colour, with a purple-ruby rim. The nose is deep and brooding with aromas of blackberry, damson plum, tobacco, game, pink peppercorn, and dried violets. Broad and powerful, but also cut and defined, boasting pomegranate, plum, and sanguine flavours across the palate, before a segue into a savoury, mineral-driven finish that lingers. 

Pairs wonderfully with dried meats, red meats and cheese.
