Tasting Notes: orange + mineral stone + honey

This is a dry white wine made from the Chardonnay grape grown in Chablis, France. No oak influence. Everything is in cuve, on Jean-Loup Michel’s immaculate cellars, housed beneath his lovely town house in Chablis. Glossy minerality style, with notably richness that comes from the quality of the fruit. Medium-bodied with notes of green apple, orange and citrus on the palate. Crispy finish with mineral acidity.
