Harvested from the very first days of the harvest to maintain freshness and balance, the wine delivers a limpid hue with ruby highlights. Its primary aromas of tangy red fruits (raspberry, currant) mingle with pepper to offer a tonic wine. The mouth is supple, greedy on the register of red fruits.
