Tasting Notes: blackberry + pepper

Merlot 60%, Cabernet Franc 40%. Very ripe fruit on the nose that suggests it might taste like a Bordeaux petit château from a particularly warm vintage but in fact there’s some wildness of the Languedoc on the palate. Even a little heat on the finish. Fine tannins and sufficient acidity.
