Tasting Notes: lychee + ginger + honey + peach

Brilliant light yellow. Pure nose of rose petal with a touch of Turkish delight. Silky attack, sensual, melted and rich mouthfeel that is very harmonious. Spicy mid-palate followed by a finish reverting to the original floral character. Refined and fresh.

Pairs beautifully with pork, rich fish (salmon and tuna) spicy food, chicken and cheese.
