Tasting Notes: pepper + plum + dark fruits

Medium nose intensity, tannins, body and acidity. Deep purple-ruby colour, plummy-red tones with complex aromas. Full-flavoured, good concentration, soft tannin structure. Plums, black cherry, black pepper, liquorice aromas and flavours. 

Delicious with beef, lamb, veal and poultry.
