Star Pick: There is a touch of Trebbiano giving this Pecorino some aromatic lift, and I really like the effect. It has a generous but delicate nose of wildflower, hay, sesame seed, melon and subtle peach. It is medium weight, fleshy, smooth yet warm and firm at the same time. All kinds of complexity and power. Excellent focus and length. Such great value.
