100% Grechetto. One of the oldest native Umbrian grape varieties, Grechetto has beautiful structure and aromatic intensity. This particular Grechetto is made with grapes grown in volcanic soils, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. Bone-dry, light and refreshing, with notes of peach, grapefruit and garden herbs, this wine is a perfect aperitif or house white.
