Tasting Notes: plum jam + chocolate + vanilla + marasca cherries

An excellent spiced púglia. Has a very interesting and elegant bouquet, of cherry, plum, mint, eucalyptus, spices, black pepper, bay-leaf, marasca cherries, jam tones, and coffee vanilla. Taste is smooth, elegant with soft tannins and sweeter hints of red berries. Long aftertaste.

Pairs really well with shashlik or pasta.
